Below is a concise step‑by‑step guide describing how we got RTK working inside OpenClaude:

1. Install RTK
   The installer (or the headroom container) places the binary at ~/.local/bin/rtk.
   Verify with:

   rtk --version   # → rtk 1.0.0 (or the installed version)

2. Add the binary to $PATH
   Append the following to your shell rc file (e.g. ~/.bashrc or ~/.zshrc):

   export PATH="$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH"

   Reload the shell or run source ~/.bashrc.

3. Register the OpenClaude hook
   Edit ~/.claude/settings.json and add a PreToolUse entry that invokes RTK:
